OTEGO—Gail Evelyn (Stimpson) Quick died peacefully with her family by her side on May 24, 2024 at the A.O. Fox Nursing Home, following a brief illness with cancer. She was born October 1, 1945 in Oneonta to Dorothy and Virgil Stimpson.  She graduated from Oneonta High School in 1963 and from SUNY Oneonta in 1967 with a bachelor’s degree. In Memoriam: Claude R. Holbrook

OTEGO—Claude Robert Holbrook, “Bob”, “Eli”, “Mortimer”, passed away peacefully at his home and went to join his Lord and Savior Jesus on February 29, 2024. Bob was born to Robert and Alta (Springett) Holbrook on December 17, 1938. He grew up in West Oneonta, New York. He operated a farm on the Baker Hill Family Homestead for many years.
