IN MEMORIAM: Edward Kelly, 77; OHS Graduate Worked At Amphenol SIDNEY – Edward William Kelly, 77, who was raised in Oneonta and worked at Amphenol for 38 years, passed away Monday, Nov. 5, 2018, at at Wilson Hospital in Johnson City.
